Provide skin analysis services. When you use our skin analysis services, we use the data collected through our facial scan technology to respond to your requests, provide the requested service to you, and improve our Leea Services.

Communicate with you. We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Leea Services via different channels (e.g., by phone, email, chat).
Fraud Prevention and Credit Risks. We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, Leea, and others. We may also use scoring methods to assess and manage credit risks.

Does Leea Share Your Personal Information?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers' personal information to others. We share customers' personal information only as described below.
Transactions involving Third Parties: We may make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Leea Services. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customers' personal information related to those transactions with that third party.
Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. How Secure Is Information About Me?
We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.
We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.
When we collect sensitive information like your credit card information, that information is encrypted and securely transmitted. For example, we use a secure server for transmitting sensitive information. All supplied sensitive/credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. You can verify that this sensitive information is being transmitted securely by looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the webpage.
We take the security of your information seriously and implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of all personal information you provide.Our security procedures mean that we may ask to verify your identity before we disclose personal information to you.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique password for your Leea account that is not used for other online accounts. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

As described above, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of the Leea Services.
When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
If you do not want to receive email or other communications from us, please adjust your communication preferences. If you don't want to receive in-app notifications from us, please adjust your notification settings in the app.
The Help feature on most browsers and devices will tell you how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to block cookies altogether. Because cookies and identifiers allow you to take advantage of some essential features of Leea Services, we recommend that you leave them turned on. Most devices also provide users with the ability to change device permissions (e.g., disable/access location services, contacts). For most devices, these controls are located in the device's settings menu. If you have questions about how to change your device permissions, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.

Are Children Allowed to Use Leea Services?
Leea does not sell products for, or to, children. If you are under 18, you may not use the Leea Services. Leea reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Leea Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
If you choose to use Leea Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of New Jersey. If you have any concern about privacy at Leea, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice will change also. You should check our website frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. If we make material changes to how we treat the information collected from our users, we will notify individuals by email to their registered email address, by prominent posting on our Leea Services, or through other appropriate communication channels.

You may have an authorized agent contact submit a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on Your behalf; however, we require You (1) provide the authorized agent with signed permission to do so and (2) verify Your own identity. If the authorized agent is not an individual having power of attorney, We also require (3) You directly confirm that You provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
We will need to verify your identity to enable us to process your request. Disclosure and deletion are subject to our receipt of a verifiable consumer request and exceptions or limitations established by applicable laws and regulations. Disclosure and/or deletion will not be completed if a consumer request cannot be verified.
Nevada
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to submit a request directing us not to make any sale of personally identifiable information we have collected or will collect about you.
