Consumer Health Data Privacy Disclosure

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Disclosure ("CHD Disclosure") supplements the Leea Privacy Notice and is effective as of March 23, 2025. The Leea Privacy Notice describes the personal information that we collect and the sources from which we collect it. This additional disclosure is required by the My Health My Data Act ("MHMDA") in Washington and Nevada's Consumer Health Data Privacy law ("NV CHDP"), and applies only to personal information that may be considered "Consumer Health Data" under those laws.

Depending on which Leea Services you interact with and the choices you make, Leea may collect personal information that may be considered Consumer Health Data, such as:
Information you share related to your skin health when using Leea Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, health conditions, treatments, diseases, and diagnoses; medical interventions and medications; information related to pregnancy, breastfeeding, and menopause; information related to sleep, exercise, and eating habits; and information related to skin conditions and reactions to skincare products.
Any health-related information that you share with our customer support services.
Any health-related information that you share in a review, rating, or testimonial.
Other information that may be used to infer or derive data related to the above or other health-related information.
How Consumer Health Data may be used. We may use Consumer Health Data, such as described above, for the purpose of providing the products and services you request from Leea, processing and delivering an order you place, providing you receipts and order information in your account, processing returns, processing claims, securing or troubleshooting Leea Services, and communicating with you.
How Consumer Health Data may be disclosed. Leea does not sell our customers' personal information, including Consumer Health Data, to others. We only disclose Consumer Health Data as directed by you, for the purpose of providing the products and services you request from Leea, or as explained in this section.
How to exercise your rights related to Consumer Health Data. Leea offers choices to all of our users that you can review in our
Privacy Notice. If you are covered by MHMDA or NV CHDP, then you may have certain rights under the law that applies to you, such as the right to access or delete personal information. If you wish to do these things, please contact us at

Updates to this Consumer Health Data Disclosure. As our business changes, we may also update this Disclosure. You should check our website frequently to see recent changes. If we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this Disclosure. If we make material changes to how we treat the information collected from our users, we will notify individuals by email to their registered email address, by prominent posting on our Leea Services, or through other appropriate communication channels. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided.
